All deposits are non-refundable. Our items are custom made, so we do not offer financial refunds, but will offer a credit towards a future order.
If, however, a defect is discovered, we will replace at no cost to you. Notification of the defect needs to be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Pictures may be required for verification purposes.

Please note: Minor design changes are standard from run to run and will not be considered defects. The sublimation printing process does not guarantee exact color matches based on your screen (computer or other electronic devices) settings. Garments that are not in the original packaging and/or used can’t be returned.
